Hope everyone had a lovely Father's Day! Mine was full of family and fun, with not nearly enough relaxing. Feels like the day was spent prepping for and cleaning up after a great cookout.
The cookout was great, plenty of family and friends (thank you everyone for coming!)
The star of the cookout was this Jerk Pork Tenderloin with Pineapple-Plum Relish from Cooking Light. It was sweet and a little spicy and well worth trying!
